‘Pin Cushion’ is a dwarf honey locust selection with tight compact growth and a dwarf habit. ‘Pin Cushion’ also is a thornless and fruitless selection. ‘Pink Cushion’ may reach 3-4 ft in height and width in 10 years. Mature plants will develop the blooms similar to regular honey locusts, however these blooms are sterile. ‘Pin Cushion’ is extremely unusual and extremely rare in the nursery trade. This is one plant collectors will love and enjoy for its extremely unique clusters and dwarf habit.
