‘Norfolk Weeper’ is a selection of weeping Chinese fringe tree that was selected not only for it’s uniquely weeping habit, but it is also a great bloomer. Often young trees at the nursery will already be displaying large blooms. ‘Norfolk Weeper’ is expected to reach 5 ft in height by 8 ftin width in 10 years. ‘Norfolk Weeper’ is believed to have originated from the Norfolk Botanical Garden in Virginia.
