‘White Lights is yet another cold hardy development from the University of Minnesota. White Lights displays beautiful white to baby pink white blooms with bright yellow splotch on each flower. The flowers are very abundant often covering the shrub. White Lights may tech 5-6 ft in height in 10 years.
